SAN FRANCISCO (Dow Jones)--Silicon maker Hoku Corp. (HOKU) said Wednesday that it has negotiated a new supply agreement with Suntech Power Holdings Co. Ltd. (STP), one of the world's top solar-panel suppliers, that works for both companies.
Hawaii-based Hoku has agreements to supply Suntech and other Chinese solar-panel makers with silicon made at a factory in Pocatello, Idaho.
